Privacy Policy

Effective Date: March 14, 2026

Auxo Growth LLC, doing business as Bloomify ("Bloomify," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the Bloomify Chrome extension and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information. When you create a Bloomify account, we collect your email address. Your password is hashed and stored securely by our infrastructure provider; we never have access to your plaintext password.

Profile Information. During onboarding and in Settings, you may provide your name, job title, company name, work email, and a description of your product or service. You may also configure your Ideal Customer Profile (target industry, company size range, geography) and contact pairing preferences (role keywords, seniority levels, fallback rules).

Email Style Preferences. You may provide style instructions, sample emails, tone preferences, and email templates that guide how Bloomify drafts outreach emails on your behalf.

Usage Data. We store your Bloom history, which includes the domains you have researched, the contacts found, email subjects of drafts created, and timestamps. We also track your seed balance and transaction history (purchases, deductions, refunds).

Payment Information. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status but never receive or store your credit card number, bank account details, or other financial account information.

Gmail Integration. If you connect your Gmail account, we store OAuth access and refresh tokens in your browser's local storage. We request only the gmail.compose and gmail.labels scopes, which allow us to create draft emails and apply a label to them. We never read your existing emails, send emails on your behalf, or access any other Gmail data.

Page Context. When you initiate a Bloom, the extension reads limited metadata from the page you are viewing (domain name, page title, meta description, heading text). This data is used to personalize the outreach email and is not stored beyond the Bloom session, except as part of your Bloom history record.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Bloomify service

  • To find contacts and draft personalized outreach emails based on your preferences

  • To process payments and manage your subscription

  • To communicate with you about your account or the service

  • To monitor usage patterns and improve product quality

  • To prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Service

3. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third-party services only as necessary to provide the Bloomify service:

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database with row-level security (RLS) enabled, meaning each user can only access their own data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. API keys for third-party services are managed server-side through Supabase Edge Functions and are never exposed to your browser.

Gmail OAuth tokens are stored in your browser's local storage (chrome.storage.local) and are never transmitted to our servers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data, profile information, and usage history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account through the Settings page, all of your data is permanently removed from our database, including your profile, Bloom history, seeds, email templates, and subscription record.

Gmail tokens stored in your browser are cleared when you disconnect Gmail or delete your account.

6. Your Rights and Choices

  • Access and correct your data: You can view and edit your profile, ICP, pairing logic, and email style at any time in Settings.

  • Revoke Gmail access: Disconnect Gmail in Settings or revoke access from your Google Account security settings.

  • Delete your account: Use the "Delete All Data" option in Settings to permanently remove all your data.

  • Manage your subscription: Change or cancel your plan through the Stripe billing portal, accessible from Settings.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you may also have the right to request data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Cookies and Tracking

Bloomify is a Chrome extension and does not use cookies. We use chrome.storage.local to persist your session and preferences within your browser. We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or fingerprinting technologies.

8. Children's Privacy

Bloomify is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of Bloomify after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
